Our Ptv used to charge Rs 50 every months as tv licence fee in electric bill
And they got billions
Same manner electric bill should charge 100 for Dams every month
Billions will accumulate shortly

I think this article is diverting the issue here of a complete and planned fraud of elections. RTS was not responsible for fruad but a ploy to divert attention. In hilly areas where half of population works outside of a constituency we are hearing of total cast votes of 0.3 million. Can you imagine that out of 350000 total voters 330000 casted their votes from 9 to 5 PM. Every seat victorious candidate was planned somewhere. They faced issues when genuine winner voters came out in heavy numbers and casted their votes. So they manipulated the result by taking time in announcing the result. Actually the true constituency opening takes a lot of time and money. Many candidates will not opt for this gruesome procedure. Even if you open very few constituencies and verify the thumb impressions on ballot with original receipt than winner candidated could loose by thousands of votes.

@Abdulqayum Akbani I think one party voters are prone to write billions in their writing. Can I know the source of your information like some book or official website. PTV fees is deducted only from home connections. Can you confirm how many home connections are there from all Wapda companies so that I can multiply the Rs50 with them.
