In with the old

The search for electable candidates seems to have placed the former cricketer in a compromising position as he tries to translate his public support into votes. As PTI expands, it is changing its complexion. This was evident from Khan’s press conference, where men joining his party all came from Pakistan Muslim League–Quaid-e-Azam. According to a television journalist covering the event, it is only a matter of time when PTI will be indistinguishable from PMLQ or Pakistan Muslim League–Nawaz as it continues embracing more electables.

  1. It is always easy to criticize. What is the solution???? We should not forget that at the end of the day the vote will be casted by the same public of Pakistan which is choosing it’s decision and law makers for the last atleast 2 decades. The beauty of democracy is this that an illiterate person who has never seen the face of any school, who knows nothing about the politics and personalities is absolutely equal to a literate person who has earned degrees, name and respect. It is a little sad but the type of culture we have in Pakistan Imran Khan will have to welcome few used politicians. Imran must be very cautious and careful while selecting and welcoming. I am sure 100% politicians are not bad or fraud. There must be few good men in this huge lot. I also wish that Imran says NO to some of the politicians who intend joining his party. I heard Sardar Asif Ahmed Ali intends joining PTI. Sardar Asif’s reputation has never been so good. Persons of such type will only bring bad name to Imran’s efforts. He must not be allowed to join PTI. I wish good luck to Imran and may he stay sincere with the cause.
